Thatchers has always been a family business, and it always will be. That means everything we do here is about making sure that there’ll be a viable business for the next generation. Each generation has passed on their secrets of cider making, like encouraging bees to pollinate apple blossom, or looking after the 150-year-old oak vats where the cider matures.
