Belonging to the Matton-Farnet family for 80 years, Château Minuty is a family run wine estate located in southern France’s Provence region, overlooking the Saint-Tropez peninsula. The Chateau Minuty winery is remarkably well situated on the hillsides of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle. The vines benefit from a temperate, maritime climate. Both historical savoir-faire and advanced technology guarantee delicious and high quality wines.

This light rosé wine expresses some very intense aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers. On the palate, a velvety texture combined with a fresh flavor gives this wine a certain ethereal quality. Pale with pomelo hues, Precise and delicate with notes of flowers and melon. Palate: Powerful and well balanced with hints of citrus and red fruit, highlighted by a pleasant minerality.
