The vineyards and the winery are located within the Natural Park Hoces del Cabriel in Valencia (UNESCO Biosphere Reserve), at approximately 100km from the Mediterranean Sea.

A wine designed specially for Neleman by German designer Humberto Gregorio. The idea is to make a statement against wine snobbery. We do not mean to be rude, but we just want to bring back the wine to everyday wine lovers.

Delicious combination of fresh Macabeo, Sauvignon Blanc and full Chardonnay. The grapes are placed in a cold store for 15 days at -5.C. Partially fermented in new French Oak thus adding extra aromas (toasted, spices) and a velvety finish. Jammy, sexy mouth filling taste but keeping freshness and acidity.
