Kujira Ryukyu Whisky 15 Years is distilled by Masahiro Shuzo, one of the oldest & largest distillery in Okinawa, Japan, distilled from 100% premium rice and matured in Sherry, Bourbon and American White Oak Casks for more than 15 years, mashing by Okinawa's unique koji called "black Koji", non chill filtered & non coloured, giving a mellow taste and silky texture to this exquisite whisky. The subtropical climate in Okinawa provides a warm and humid storage condition that accelerates the maturation process, this environment creates subtle fruity and botanical flavours with intense texture, enhancing the uniqueness of Ryukyu Whisky.

Nose - Dried plums, candied fruits, with mints and chocolate aromas.

Palate - Sweet elements such as chocolate, vanilla, and honey, followed with spices, slight smoky flavours and toasted bread.

Finish - Remarkably smooth, slightly sweet liquorice and peppery texture develops into a clean and long finish.
