"Shinobu Singe Malt Newboen Whisky" was born from the master distiller Ken Usami's artisanal beer making skills & passion accumulated over 30 years, it is the 1st single malt created by Shinobu Distillery. The whisky is made by manipulating Niigata's natural resources, known as the "three white treasures", consisting of snow, rice & sake.

NOSE - Fresh aromas of green apples, citrus, honey & a delicate floral touch

PALATE - Clear & full bodied with a unique purity, gentle maltiness & a light oak influence.

FINISH - Subtle Mizunara oak, bourbon cask nuances & a hint of vanilla.
